Does Edema Develop After A Bichectomy?

After a bichectomy operation, some edema is expected to occur at the operation sites. During the first few days, edema increases, and then after that it begins to decrease. Cold compresses after surgery and anti-inflammatory drugs that can be prescribed will also help with the management of edema.
